Removing ottava incorrectly changes pitch of notes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open attached score.
2. Remove second ottava.

Result: Notes act as they belong to the first ottava.
Expected: Notes should return to their normal pitch.

A different way, similar bug:

1. Open attached score.
2. Remove first ottava.

Result: Notes in second bar are at normal pitch.
Expected: Notes in second bar should still be affected by the second ottava.
