I noticed this on 2.1 release as well as 2.2-dev 5bdaff8 and 3.0-dev ce09d98 that the Piano Roll's transport buttons (rewind, play, loop enable, play repeats, pan enable) are not greyed out when there is no sequencer:

repro steps:
1. In audio preferences, select an audio output that you know won't work.
2. Restart musescore
3. Open Piano Roll editor, and observe that the transport buttons are NOT greyed out even though they should be.
