Piano Roll editor QSpinBox for note pitch doesn't do anything when click up/down buttons

Presumably pressing up/down on the Pitch QSpinBox (in the top right in this screenshot) should move the pitch up/down chromatically (just like what happens when I press my computer keyboard's up/down buttons after selecting a note)
