Handbook pdf: H4 and H5 font-size and spacing needs adjusting

See Measure operations:Properties in the online handbook, then compare it to the same section in the pdf (at 100% zoom).

The heading sizes (h3, h4, h5) look OK online, as does the spacing. But there is too much space under the h4 and h5 headings in the pdf. And both H4 and H5 are too small in the pdf.
