Atonal music - no key signature

Recently transcribed an atonal piece. I don't ant any key signatures which just make the music all the more difficult to read. So concert is in C but if I add a Bb part it autos to D which is meaningless for this piece. Is there a way to make all parts with no key signature while still transposing correctly???
