Only normal barline at the end of a line if the following line begins with a start repeat barline.

Remark: This is a follow up to the already fixed issue #268110

It is impossible to set the last barline on the first line to anything but "Normal barline" (and since fix of 268110 to "End repeat"). It always remains "Normal barline".

The barline types Double, Dashed, Final and Dotted should also be applicable.
