New option to Edit / Tools / Add/Remove Line Breaks: "add line breaks at rehearsal marks"

Hi,

Sometimes I would find it useful that Musescore would have option to add line breaks before rehearsal marks. I write some sheet music for beginners at our music school and usually line breaks at rehearsal marks help to understand and visualize structure of the song (perhaps among the experts too :). If I have a lot of parts then this would speed up my work significantly.
