"Split Measure befor selected Note" in the nightly builds
Where can I find in musescore 3.0-dev the option "Split Measure befr selected Note"?
(Picture shows it in musescore 2.0)

ISTR that in 3.0 you just drop a barline onto the note where the split is supposed to happen and that does the split automagically
