How to insert jpeg into cover page basics and HD quality size.

What is the "official" way of inserting a jpeg/png into the first page of a blank score? Also, what is the recommended size for HD quality? I would love a step by step process for doing this if anyone has the time. Thank you. See attached pic. I am trying to put that on the first blank page. Thank you.
