Play note only when the lyrics in the verse calls for it
I have a score that repeats the verse and have added two verses to the lyrics. However in some instances only certain notes should be played depending on the verse that is being played. How do I suppress the notes that are not relevant to the verse from being played? Thanks.

If your notation is clear enough, the human musicians who eventually play your score will figure it out. However, the built-in playback in MuseScore does not have such a facility.

To get playback you have to write it out.
