I am trying to find a video monitor in version 2.871c8ce
I want twrite to image, but I can not find the appropriate question and answer. If it requires an upgrade then please let me know, I am pulling my hair out

Can you describe a little better what you want to do?

Thanks for responding. I want to take a video that already has a sound track of vocal and effects, strip the vocal and effects from it, step write a film score on Musescore and then marry the two up at the end of the process. I need to be able to write to cues, (events on the video timeline that call for music)

There is no video monitor in MuseScore. The only way to sync an empty score with a video is to use XJadeo together with Jack and MuseScore. See http://xjadeo.sourceforge.net/
