Mute

The sound won't work no matter what I try, I'm writing to see if you have experienced this problem before and know what is wrong. I have tried all the recommendations in the forum but none of them work. I do not think it is a problem with my computer as Musescore works on similar models but it is a slightly older Lenovo ThinkPad model with nothing special running on windows ten.
