Missing entry in Tx
In tx there is only one item for "About &Qt".
This relates to the entry in the Help menu.
There is no entry for the title of the "About Qt" dialouge, so this cannot be translated.

Most probably by design, we don't want to (or can't) translate that dialog at all, so don't want the title of it translated either
We use a stock Qt method here, see http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qmessagebox.html#aboutQt, so if translated, it should be done by Qt, not us, at least as far as the content is concerned.. We may want to have the title of that dialog translated though, but, due to string freeze, surely not in 2.2
