How Do you make/get, or use someones instrument sound? Or how do you make your own? Lastly, does someone know where I can get PVC pipe sounds?

I'm working on making "time to start" by blue man group on muse score. Can you please help me?

Sounds are represented by something called a "soundfont". Do a web search of that term to learn how to create them. Read the MuseScore Handbook to learn how to use Soundfonts with MuseScore.
