Help
After going through all the tutorials and going through the how-to's that I could understand I am still confused on how to use this software. Finding it extremely difficult on how to put multiple notes for a single measure.
Please see attached screenshots. "Notes_I_Want_To_Write" is what I am trying to do with the software. "What_I_keep_getting" is my attempts and mimicing those notes. The software just will not let me create it. It's becoming frustrated as I have to fight the software to maintain the bottom notes while I am trying to insert the top notes.
Can someone show me how to do this?
Thanks in advanced!

Wow! That did the trick!!
Can I trouble you for one more thing? How do I fix the stems and the slur so it looks nice?
But thank you for the help and the quick response!

The best way is to put the top notes in voice 1 and bottom notes in voice 2. Since the notes are already entered you can exchange voices 1 & 2 using Edit->Voices->Exchange 1-2. If anything is turned the wrong way, I would first select it and press ctrl+r to return it to its original position, then select it and press x to turn it upside down if needed. This works for notes, and slurs.
Edit: one more thing, since the notes are the same pitch use a tie rather than a slur. Delete the slur, select the first note and press + to get a tie.
