The preferences are initialized with saved values AFTER the parsing of command line options, so whatever got specified on the command line will get overwritten.

MuseScore 2.1 -2.2.1

Came up in https://musescore.org/en/node/272012

Code in master is different, seems there a temp override is used instead. Needs more checking though
