The questions doesn't make sense. Please clarify what you mean.
Are you referring to the tab on the top of the screen with the notes you use to enter music? If yes, right click the grey toolbar at the top of the screen and tick "Note Input" on the drop-down menu, or click View → Toolbars → Note Input.
