Under the General tab of the Preferences dialog the is a section called "Theme." In the manual it is called "Style." Was style ever used in version 2.x or is this a missed throwback to vesion 1? We need to update the manual, but we need to add a note if this was changed in a version 2.x.

When in doubt, check by using an older portable app

The oldest version I have on my computer is 2.1. If I download all of the older versions for this I'll run out of data. I occasionally download nightlies, but only when I deem the updates significant enough justify my using all of that data. Downloading an older version to make sure the manual is accurate is not worth it to me.

It is "Style" in 2.0.0 to 2.0.3 and "Theme" in 2.1 up to 2.2.1 (but translated into German as "Stil" for all 2.x versions).
Amended the handbook accordingly, see https://musescore.org/en/node/39861/revisions/view/394315/394736

Very good. I noticed the discrepancy between the manual and program and wanted to figure out what to do about the Spanish translation that uses "Tema" in 2.1 and later. It's strange that someone decided to translate both "Theme" and "Style" as "Stil" in the German. I guess since the location of the translation is specific some German speaker decided that the dialog should not be changed, so the Geman manual doesn't need the version note.

That was me. I can't think of a suitable translation for Theme ("Thema" just doesn't cut it IMHO) and "Stil" seemed just better to me.
