Repeats in the middle of a measure

I've been working on making chorale on the computer to listen to what it would sound like, but I can't figure out a certain notation that is crucial to the piece. There is a pick-up measure with one note and during the piece, I need a repeat in the middle of the measure making it a sort of 3/4 measure, but the last note should be another pick-up. I've been looking everywhere and I can't seem to find anything that resembles what I am looking for.
