Interface font unusably tiny

I just installed MuseScore 2.2.1 on a brand new Lenovo T580 laptop with a 3840 x 2160 pixel display, running Windows 10. When I start MuseScore, the interface has a font size that's just too small to read. If I start MuseScore with the -x option, I can enlarge the icons in the top bar, but the -x setting has no influence on the font size.

Then try the - D dpi option instead

Unfortunately every system is different in terms of how the display information is presented to MuseScore. "-D" may indeed be what you want. But also try setting the environment variable QT_DEVICE_PIXEL_RATIO to "auto".
