I cant reproduce a sheet music. The controls apear gray and do not execute or reproduce the sheet music. Could anyone help me?

What do you mean by 'reproduce'?
Do you mean, for example...
Transcribe a score into MuseScore by entering notes?
Print or export a notated score?
What specific controls appear gray?

In case you mean you have no sound, see #270996: No sound on upgrade to 2.2 if default soundfont was saved as default and the workaround mentioned there
My guess is that you need to open or create a score - go to File / Open or File / New. Or, if you already have a score open, maybe you are in Edit mode? Press Esc to return to normal mode.
If neither of these help, please give us more information about what you are trying to do. Have you watched the tutorial videos or read the Handbook to learn how to use MuseScore? See for instance:
