MuseScore will not do this. You can only make the remark so a real human will follow it at this point.

Yes, so the musicians know about it. MuseScore itself won't honor it though

It's not "included", you simply type what you want. So, press Ctrl+T, then type the text you want. Staff text if you want it to appear only above the current staff for a score with multiple instruments; system text if you want it to appear at the top of the score but also on all parts (which would be the norm - presumably all instruments in the ensemble would want the same instruction.
