Can't place notes
I can place notes for every instrument except for this specific line and page of Bb Trumpet. I have no idea what to do and would like some help if possible.

That score is obviously corrupt: there are no rests in these measures.

And assuming that is true (as opposed to invisible rests, which wouldn't create input problems), see https://musescore.org/en/node/54721
In the view menu do you have "Show invisible" checked? If not, then check it. The rests may only be invisible and can be made visible by selecting them and pressing V. Other wise you need to attach your score so someone can see if it can be fixed.
