Be able to set different mixer settings for different parts of the song
- Perhaps be able to highlight different sections and have specific different mixer settings for each section?
- And maybe even be able to have different instrument parts or sounds for particular sections?

Isn't that what dynamic markings are for? The Mixer is more for controlling the relative volume of the instruments as a whole.
