@ geetar, the latest "fix" you made to the chord-symbols is not correct. The Chord names will only be made upper case if you check that option in Style->General...->Chord Symbols... There are other options. It needs to be fixed, but I'm not sure of the best way to about stating it.

Well, that option is enabled by default, so I'd suggest just adding something like "(unless you disable the Automatic Capitalization option)"
