The list of instruments in the brass section of orchestral instruments is quite odd.
I would suggest the following instruments be included in Orchestral instruments
Horn in F
Bb Cornet
C Trumpet
Trumpet in Bb
Trombone
Alto Trombone
Tenor Trombone
Bass Trombone
Contrabass Trombone
Tuba
Less common but used instruments include
Horn in E
Trumpet in A
Contra-Bass Tuba
Other instruments are quite uncommon and should be included only in All instruments.

Hmmm...
In classical scores I might have once run into an F tuba and a Bb horn, but these are rather rare. The C Tuba is the same as Tuba and Tuba closer to what most classical scores call it, so I've never used a C tuba. The A Cornet isn't a terrible idea since many scores have similar cornets and trumpets.
Your list seems to be more similar to a concert band. My suggested list is from seeing a lot of symphonic scores from Haydn to Copeland. I would still occasionally need to find another instrument, but it would be quite uncommon compared to the current list. If our lists were merged, it would not be the end of the world. All of the instruments would still be on one screen.

I say F tuba because the orchestral bass tuba is in F. Bb horn is because the most common kid of horn is the double horn in Bb and F.
