Importing XML files

When importing XML file the imported file comes into Musescore but only in one part . How do I change it to all parts please.

You mean that only one part gets imported while the XML contains more than one part?
Can you share the XML file here, so we an check?

Yes The piece was created in Sibelius and exported as an XML file in Sibelius and then the file which is Soprana Alto Tenor and Bass with two staves of Piano was opened in Musescore and it opened with just the Bass line showing in Musescore

This file does only contain one part, Bass, so MuseScore can only import that.

Thank you for that information I have deleted the file and made a new one and all the parts have been down loaded correctly. Thanks for your Help. JohnM
