MIDI Import

Hello, anyone who decides to read this. I'm new to Musescore, and I was wondering if there was anyway to change the settings for the MIDI to sheet music thing. There's a song that I wanted to use for sheet music, but the MIDI makes notes all over the place and I can't tell which notes I want and which ones are made by the other parts of the song. Any help would be much appreciated.

I suggest that you read the instructions on midi import in the manual. https://musescore.org/en/handbook/midi-import. There are a lot of options that can help make it look better. If you attached your midi file there are probably people who would convert it to .mscz for you.
