Exported PDF doesn't show clefs, rests, note heads, time signatures and key signatures.
I updated to 2.3.2 today and when I exported my score to PDF, it was completely unreadable. I've included a screenshot of the exported PDF.
I tried reinstalling and even installing an older version (the last version I was using was 2.1), but all the exports look the same. Right now, I work around it by exporting to PNG and then converting the PNG to PDF. Anyone else encountering the same issue?
I'm using MuseScore 2.3.2 on macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

This seems to be it!
Thank you very much!
Often when I run into that I'll just manually enter it all again. Not very efficient, but it works!

@Martin Willis: wrong topic or are you talking about pdf export here?

I don't think I have enough patience in me for that... lol
My first guess is that you have Emmentaler font installed on your computer and MuseScore is using the installed font rather than the internal font. The printed page is missing items that are musical and include the graphic plus normal text items. Try opening Style->General and change the Musical Symbol font to see if this fixes the problem. If it does I'm correct and you have to decide if you want to keep the different font or chase down the external font on your computer and make MuseScore not use it.

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried the other fonts but the results were the same. Is there a known issue with the Emmentaler font?

No, the problem is that if you have an external font with the same name MuseScore uses the external font rather than the internal font. The external font probably would not have the musical symbols included since they were added to the font for musical scores. It seems you have found the problem so you don't need to worry about this.
