Printing Problems

I have a Toshiba Satellite portable running Windows 7 and an Epson WF-3250 printer. I finished my score. When I tried to print, the title did not print. The chords at the top of the first four bars printed, but the first four bars and notes in the first four bars did not print. The second lline of four bars printed only the top half of the bars.

The middle 5 lines of 4 bars each printed just fine.

The center was missing from the last line of four bars on the first page.

I did not attach lyrics to notes. I used "system text" to insert lyrics, because I did not input notes. I used slashes inside the bars. Is this the problem?

Any suggestions.
