When playing a score, the piano should not highlight keys belonging to percussion instruments
When playing a score, the piano highlights the keys to the notes while playing them. This is also done for percussion notes.
However, this does not make much sense for percussion notes. It would be better if the piano highlighted only the keys related to non-percussion notes.

On the flip side, though, some people like this because it's a way to learn which keys on a MIDI keyboard to use when entering notes. Probably it would be best to have a staff property or other means of choosing what is displayed.

In that case, being able to choose either one would of course be the best option.
One the other hand, if https://musescore.org/en/node/275608 was implemented, this request would not be very important any more, because one could just disable the percussion staffs. I guess that is the more flexible solution.
