Playback Not Working

I'm trying to listen to an arrangement I have been working on and it won't play. Volume on my computer is all the way up, I have reset factory settings on musescore, and I have also looked up other forums to find a solution. Nothing has worked. I'm using Musescore 2.3.2 with Windows 10. The play, rewind, loop, metronome, and synthesizer buttons are all greyed out. I have a project due in a week and can't hear it, HELP!
