Double whole appearance
Good evening,
In my example I entered a dotted whole (key 7) in parenthesis 1. In parenthesis 2 I entered a double whole (key 8). But the double whole looks exactly like the dotted whole. How do I get the "dashes" on the sides?

The measure must be large enough to accommodate the note. It looks like your measure has only 6 beats.
