Need import/export feature for keyboard shortcuts

Hi there!

I used MS-portable and wanted now to switch to the WinUWP-Version, but there is no way, I can copy the shortcuts.xml file there (since this is protected windows area)… an import/export feature for settings would come in handy, also maybe for all settings in oder to have a copy of your working environment.
