In der beigefügten Datei funktioniert Legato noch in den Takten 17-18, danach aber nicht mehr.

translation:
in the attached score legato works in measures 17-18 but not after that anymore

(the issue tracker should be kept in English)

No wonder, up to measure 18 they are ties (Haltebögen), after that they are slurs (Bindebögen).
And you probably don't mean legato, but if you do: legato playback in MuseScore doesn't work at all, or only in a very subtle way.

Not a bug, but wrong usage.
