continuing lyrics and tied notes on a second repeat or new line (or page)

How do I achieve this continuation of lyrics and the end of a slurred note? is there an elegant way to solve each of these problems?

You can see these issues in the second repeat here, where a note and it's lyric are continued from two measures earlier.
