No dynamics on Musescore online

There seems to be some problem that neutralizes the volume so everything sounds mezzo-piano despite being marked otherwise. This really ruins the sound whenever there is a hairpin.

It is a custom audio generated in Musescore, not musescore.com audio.

Then it's the fault of the person who uploaded the score. They must have done something to cause the dynamics to not be like they look. Can you point us to a sample score with a bad custom audio?
Which specific measures are you hearing a problem with? Things sound perfectly normal to me; eg the diminuendo followed by crescendo on page 29 (to pick one at random) work just fine.
Using a different pair of headphones, it plays fine now. I will check with the original headphones to find out if it was just me or it was some problem. Regardless, musescore.com is quiter but that is not a major issue.
