Musescore plus

I recently had tried out the free month of musescore pro, but I had cancelled my account on the app. I created my account with Facebook so my email is old and I do not frequently check it. The other day my bank account was charged for a year of the pro membership and I was confused since I had thought I had cancelled it. I went on my computer to cancel on the website and it was a totally different page than I had thought. I had emailed support@musescore.com, used the page to send a message about this, and messaged on Facebook- but have yet to receive a response. I just want to know if there’s anyway I can be refunded because I haven’t used musescore in a couple of weeks and had thought I cancelled my pro membership. If anyone has any ideas for what I should do please message on this thread.
