I have no sound on MuseScore! I have tried Play Panel, Synthesizer, and View. Nothing is working!

If score is for ensemble...
Also check your mixer. You may have, perhaps inadvertently, selected one instrument to play solo which is tacit for the opening measures, which would result in no sound until that instrument enters.
