Whole Rests
I am orchestrating a piece in 3/4 time, and I have winds in pairs. Does anyone know how to get it so I can have a whole rest in the 2nd part of each other wood winds? This is for a class and my professor wants us to use actual whole rest, not the half rest with a dot on the end of it. Any help would be fantastic! Thanks!

You can force measure rests (the proper name of the rests that look like whole rests) into voice 2 by using Tools->Voices->Exchange voices 1-2 twice. The first time will put the notes in voice 2 and the rests in voice 1, the second time will exchange these.
