Ties
I'm having difficulty with ties with the newer version of musescore. When I select notes to be tied, the program ties the wrong notes together. See mm. 29-30 (Electric Bass) Thanks.

So use a slur instead?
Or of course adjust the pitch, then tie (and then see that the accidental vanishes again)

Slurs don't have the same effect on the midi. The notes won't be tied together.

Yes - stupid me. But I am having the difficulty with multiple ties created when I select certain chords (ties beyond what I asked for.
Regarding ties, I can select and create them but the program ties other notes as well and I have to take time to delete them.
Another question, in the score, I'm unable to export parts - why?

You've to create the parts before you can export them.

They are created: guitar, piano, electric bass

not in the score you attached further up, that only has the main score, with those 3 instruments.

I only see the score with the instruments, but not their parts. Use File->parts... and select "New all". Then it should be possible to export the parts.

the program ties the notes you select to the next note of the same pitch in the same staff. This may not be the adjacent one...

To tie two notes together, don't select them both - select just the first. The tie command is really a "start tie" command. So if you have selected two notes, it will try to start ties at both of them.
This is no different than previous versions, BTW.
