When i open up a score with multiple parts, on every line but the first, the clef will show up twice. If I delete the extra clefs and save the document, the next time I load it the clefs will still be there. Also, specifically when I change from 12/8 to 4/4, the app will put two 4/4 signs on the measure. One will not go away at all, and if i delete the other one, the new measures will be in 12/8.

We believe this bug is fixed in current nightly builds, although you will have to re-import your 2.x score to receive the benefit - the version already saved in 3.0 will still have the extra info. Try it yourself by downloading a more recent nightly build or attach your original 2.x score so we can verify for you.
