Couldn't search any previous report. apologies if it has..
Nightly Build macOS -musescore-39501b5
Place a keychange from bflat Maj to bflat minnor on a score and save change scroll past page and back and change disappears. only way to get it to replace successfully is to close app and restart. change appeared about 4 bars forward of where it was placed and it couldnt be deleted. noted the "saved" key change with restart dissappears from file. I was able to replace keychange ok after restart and resume notation ok. I have two pieces open, one is 76k other is 21k. editing 21k piano piece. Not a very repeatable bug.

There are other related issues, see #279096: Key signature added in measure that was previous at start of system does not appear. Probably this is a duplicate, but keeping open in case it isn't.
