Local relayout produces unreadable results with multiple voices

1) load attached file (don't mind the gap for now, that's #280153: Notes in one voice cause gap between notes in another
2) click beam
3) enable "Local relayout" in Inspector

Result:

Could be related to the gap, as the problem isn't as bad if you move the voice 2 note down a few steps so that it doesn't need to be displaced. But it's still bad, check out how the last to notes overlap:

This worked as expected in MuseScore 2.
