Plugin Manager path text not selectable, fully viewable

In the Plugins Manager dialog box, the Path: text is read-only on 2.3.2, but still black, meaning the path can be scrolled to see the plugin location. One can also triple-click to select the whole path to be able to copy it. On 3.0, the Path: is greyed out and the field cannot be scrolled left/right.

Workaround: user can manually increase the dialog box by dragging the corner, until the full path is visible.

Suggested fixes:

Fixes (a) and (b) suggested at #270765 Buttons in plugin manager too small for their texts by default, e.g. could have same fix.
(a) The left-hand pane listing plugin names is less than half used. If you reduce it by 50%, it should have room to spare on the left-hand and allow for buttons large enough to fit many more translation (I can’t say “all translations” since my sample is relatively low)
(b) increase the default / initial dimension of the dialog box to allow enough space (difficult to gauge, I would guess 20%)
(c) Make text selectable
