"You have removed the ability to change the instruments by clicking on the instrument label in the score area. This is VERY VERY VERY stupid and clumsy. Unless there is some TRIGGER I have to turn on, this change will making working in MuseScore 3 virtually impossible and laborious"

Workaround is to right-click the staff, go to staff properties and change the instrument(name) there
