Example:
Score is in B major, in concert pitch, and includes an Eb clarinet part. In order to avoid 8 sharps, the key signature of the clarinet part switches to Ab. However, accidentals still remain as if it were G# major. If these are manually changed, the concert pitch score now shows up as is the Eb Clarinet is in Cb major.
This has been a problem since 2.x I believe, but am not sure

See also #302566: Key signature not restored correctly when toggling concert pitch - this case will now be possible to trigger to Bb and F instruments when using the "prefer flats" option. Unfortunately, but there is no great solution at hand. See discussion in that other issue.
