Technical problem
I am not able to access the Note Input mode. I can add notes but they are all quarter notes and I can't get to the page that allows me to change the duration. I have done it before but for some reason I can't get to the note input mode or toolbar. The help section says to go to the "n" on the left side of the toolbar but I can't get to the toolbar. Also, nothing happens when I type in "N". Any ideas as to what is wrong?

Need more info. What version are you using and on what OS? The "About" dialog should give you some useful information and at least on my OS there's a copy button to copy the info so you can paste it here.
Right click on the upper toolbar
