I have the same problem, I was charged today and sent messages through that form. I also sent an email to support@musescore.com. No one answered. How am I supposed to get a hold of anyone?

You do realize that today is Saturday, i.e. Weekend? And yesterday was a public holiday (in many countries)? And that tomorrow it is Sunday? The folks processing those emails are not working 7*24 for sure. Maybe currently even not at all, due to Covid-19.

Did you have lucky asking for a refund?
I was also charged for this service. They are only wanting to give me 40% of the payment back OR 8 months of service. Their site sucks seriously. Now they are saying I didn't cancel and I was on auto renew. I was not. I disabled that as soon as I signed up for the trail AND it was to be cancelled.
Now that they have charged me, I have to go through hoops to get it reversed. They said cancel it through Google Play store. I have NO active subscriptions. This is irritating to say the least. I will be reporting them to BBB and whoever else I need to.
