Every time I try and place down rehearsal marker "M", it crashes and closes out of the app. I have tried restoring to factory settings and it has done nothing. I write music for a school, and the due date is coming up, and this hinders my ability to meet that deadline.

Please share a score showing the issue, I can't reproduce it, selecting a note or rest, pressing Ctrl+M, entering some text, pressing Esc, and the rehearsal mark is there, in a new score created from scratch
@Daniel unfortunately we can't do anything with a video which you have sent via email. We need access to the musescore file and the steps to reproduce the problem. Please attach it to a comment on this issue so we can help to fix this.
